XSL型心电信号记录仪的临床初步应用及价值

The studies on diagnositic utility of a new cadiac event recorder

目的 探讨一种新型便携式心电信号记录仪的记录效果及临床价值.方法 选择2005年11月至2006年1月的随机门诊患者30例,给予普通12导心电图检查的同时,采用XSL记录仪同部位同时间记录心电信号.回放记录仪的心电信号,与普通心电图机图形进行比较.结果 30例全部记录出心电图,成功率100%,其中窦速2例、室性期前收缩2例、完全性左束支及右束支传导阻滞各1例、左房肥大1例、正常心电图23例.XSL记录仪对异常和正常心电图的诊断敏感性、特异性、诊断符合率为100%.结论 XSL型心电信号记录仪可以真实记录回放心电信号,其记录的真实性、长期性及超前性可以应用于临床中短暂的、一过性的心肌缺血及心律失常的诊断.

Objective To investigate the diagnositic utility and clinical value of a new cadiac event recorder. Methods Thirty random outpatients from Nov 2005 to Jan 2006 were accepted the routine ECG examination and at the same time the electrocardiosignals were acquired by XSL cardiac recorder. The output of ECG from the new recorder was compared with the routine ECG. Results Used the new recorder, the ECG can be recorded in all patients and these ECG pretty nearly accorded with that gathered by routine device. There were 2 sinus tachycardia, 2 ventricular premature beat, 1 CRBBB, 1 CLBBB, 1 left atrial hypertrophy and 23 normal ECG in all patients. Conclusion The new cadiac event recorder can factually record the ECG. It can be used in diagnosing of transient and infrequent arrhythmias and ischemic events in clinic.
