摘要
根据颜料粒子的絮凝理论，讨论了涂料生产中炭黑产生絮凝的原因。提出了一种操作简便、行之有效的炭黑润湿分散工艺，并与现有文献推荐的工艺进行比较，具有实用价值。
Based on the flocculation theory of pigment particles, the causes of leading the flocculation of carbon black pigment during the production of paint were discussed, and an effective and easy operative wetting and dispersing technology for carbon black was proposed and compared with the processes recommended in literatures, which shows the practical value.
