摘要
采用光塑性法对FM上下V型砧新锻造法的锻件心部应力状态进行了测试与计算。得出了当砧宽比W/D=0.34时,锻件心部处于三向压应力的结果。该结果与作者所作的定性模拟结果相吻合。研究内容对生产实践有指导意义。
Optical is initially used to test and calculate the stress state of axical line of the forge piece using new mothed of FMULV forge.We obtain that the center of the forge piece is in the threedimensional pressure state when W/D is equal to 034.It corresponds to the result of the qualitative simulation which the s have done.According to the articles and references the s consulted,we know that the abovementioned research is a inital one,and it is instructive in productive practice.
