摘要 研究水下油罐贮含水原油采用“油水置换”工艺的可行性。通过对含水原油的静态、动态沉降模拟试验研究,揭示了“油水置换”流程运行油水界面不产生乳化层的规律,在进油排水、进水排油过程中置换出来的海水含油量不超标,满足工艺要求,论证了“油水置换”工艺的可行性。 The feasibility of storing crude oil containing seawater in an underwater oil tank was studied by using oil/water displacement technology. Through static and dynamic precipitation simulated test, it is indicated that no emulsion layer was appeared at the interface of oil and water during process of oil/water displacement. The oil content in the seawater produced in the oil/water exchange process was within the discharge limit of standard which could meet the requirement of this technology.
