摘要
从实证研究的角度,通过文献资料、教学实验和跟踪访谈法进行分析研究得出:拓展训练对提升大学生的非智力因素有明显的效果,对提升大学生的就业素质有很大的帮助。拓展训练在开拓大学生就业素质培训方面是一个有益的补充和尝试。
