诺和锐与诺和灵R治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效比较 被引量：3

摘要 96例需胰岛素治疗的老年T2DM患者随机分为诺和锐组47例和诺和灵组49例,结果:①治疗后两组患者8个时点血糖均有显著降低(P<0.01),组间餐前、睡前及夜间血糖比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);②诺和锐组餐后血糖显著降低(P<0.01),血糖达标时间缩短(P<0.01);③两组达标时胰岛素剂量无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗前后及治疗后组间BMI无差异(P>0.05)。④总的和餐前低血糖发生次数诺和锐组显著减少(P<0.01),但夜间低血糖发生次数两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:诺和锐和诺和灵R均能有效降低血糖,但诺和锐在降低餐后血糖方面更有效,且不增加低血糖发生的危险,对于老年2型糖尿病患者更安全有效。
