高职院校要有特色与活力,就必须要把"双师型"教师队伍培养摆在第一位,作为重中之重,通过教师引导和带动学生积极投身于实践中,通过改革教学方法和手段,使实践技能培养系统化,在实践教学中体现职业教育基于工作过程的实践性、开放性、职业性原则。

To keep vocational schools distinctive and vigorous,top priority should be placed in teachers＇training and teaching,making practice skill training systematic,embodying practical open professional principle based on vocational education in the process of practice teaching,by the teachers＇guidance and stimulating students to actively participate in practice,reforming teaching ways and means.
