摘要
本文通过对CDIO理念的应用,改善软件项目管理教学,增强课程的实践性和互动性。改进后的课程包括两部分,一部分是案例驱动的课堂教学,另外一部分是项目管理的实践教学。CDIO"做中学"的思想可以完善课程的实用性和灵活性,克服以往理论与实践脱机的现象,在教学上取得了一定的效果。
By the CDIO approach,The lesson of software project management is improved and it is more practical and more interactive.Now,this lesson consists two parts.The first part is the teaching with project cases which encourage students to actively engage in their education,rather than listen passively to a lecture.The other part is designed to give students an active role in their education;an opportunity to participate in their learning process by doing Projects.Overall,the CDIO approach makes students more attractive to employers,because they are better prepared for the world of engineering.
