职业技能大赛对职业教学工学结合的作用

Research on the Role of Vocational Skills Competition in Promoting the Work-integrated Vocational Education

职业教育改革的不断深入,将工学结合提到了新的高度,却又因为企业关注点的不同使得学校很难实现与企业的理想合作,如何从内涵上真正解决学生企业顶岗实习,组织学生参与技能大赛是一个良好的策略。本文就技能大赛推动职业教学改革作出探讨。

With the deepening of reform on vocational education,more emphasis is put on work-integrated study.However the vocational institutes and the target enterprises have different concerns and objectives;it is very difficult to achieve an inseparable cooperation between them.It is a good strategy to let student learn by doing through participating in skills competitions.In this paper,I discuss the role of skills competition in promoting education reform.
