民办高校核心竞争力体系重构研究

A Study on Designing the System of Competitiveness of Private Colleges in China

随着我国民办高校的发展壮大,民办高校日益成为我国高等教育事业一支不可或缺的力量。基于传统"核心竞争力"理论发展起来的民办高校同时也凸显了这种发展模式的弊端:教育结构趋同,人才培养结构性过剩;投入产出失衡,教育投入总体效率低下;教育模式固化,制约了创新型人才的培养。置身于市场竞争中的民办高校只有进行"特色"定位,并将"特色"定位贯穿整个教学、管理活动的始终,才能取得成功。

With the development of private high education units,private colleges are becoming a more and more important part of the tertiary education in china.Shortcomings are also revealed by the fact that private colleges developed with the traditional ＂core competitiveness＂ theory： constructional similarity;educational inefficiency;stubborn educational system.Placed in the market economy,private colleges could succeed only through ＂characteristic orientation＂ and impenetrate it into the process of teaching and management.
