浅谈新时期如何加强大学新生的入学教育

新生入学教育是高等教育教学中不可缺少的重要内容,这项工作的效果好坏,关系到新生能否尽快适应大学生活,关系到思想政治教育工作能否取得实效,关系到学生能否健康发展。大一新生刚入学,往往会存在环境、学习和心理等各方面的不适应,这就需要通过入学教育进行引导,而当前高校的入学教育又存在诸如模式过于死板、内容陈旧,以及对学习指导重视不足等问题,因而有必要针对新时期新生的实际情况,改进原有的方式方法,加强新生入学教育工作。

The education of freshmen is an important and indispensable content of higher education.The effects of this work is related to whether students can adapt to college life as quickly as possible,related to whether the ideological and political education is effective,and related to the future of the students.Freshmen always have some adaptation problems,such as environment,learning and various aspects of psychology,which need to be guided through school education.But at present,there are some shortages in the education of freshmen,for example,the mode is too rigid,the content is outdated,the study guide is neglected,and so on.Due to these,it＇s necessary to strengthen the new students＇ education through improving the existing ways and means on the base of analysing the actual situation of students in the new period.
