摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来和经济全球化的发展趋势,培养高素质人才尤其是具有创新能力和实践能力的人才显得越来越重要,这就要求担负着造就国家高素质人才使命的高等教育不但要培养大学生过硬的专业知识和技能,还要特别注重大学生人文素养的培育与提升。然而当代大学生人生素养的现状令人堪忧。本文对"人文素养"的概念进行了界定并探索性解释了当代大学生人文素养缺失的原因,以《人文著作选读》课为例,进一步阐释了"导演—主角"教学模式在提高、培育和重构大学生人文素养方面的重要作用。
With the developing of economy and globalization,high quality people especially those with creativity and practivity play a more and more important role in sociery.It needs universities contivate students not only concerning their professional skills,but also humanistic literacy.This paper gives a definition of humanistic literacy and finds cause of its deletion in students.Then it comes up and expatiates teaching mode of director-leading actor.
