Accidents Analysis and Prevention of Accidents in Petroleum Gas Storage and Transportation

石油气的重大火灾爆炸事故主要发生于储运过程之中,其特点是突发性强、波及面广、后果严重,多数会造成物毁人伤(或亡)的重大损失。为此,归纳了石油气八个方面的危险特性,在此基础上以案例形式对一些较为典型的事故进行了分析,并阐述了预防事故、控制事故后果及减少事故损失的基本方法。

The catastrofic accidents of petroleum gas,like fire and explosion,mainly happened during its storage and transportation,which brought about injuries and deaths as well as proterty's loss. For this purpose,the paper summarizes the dangerous behaviours of petroleum gas in 8 aspects and analyzes some typical accidents based on explosion cases ,and describes some basic methods in preventing accidents,dealing with accident results and reducing accident loss.
