神经调节蛋白-1在脑缺血中的保护作用

Protective roles of neuregulin-1 in cerebral ischemia

摘要 神经调节蛋白-1是表皮生长因子家族成员,对神经元的存活、发育、迁移、髓鞘形成、突触可塑性以及功能均有重要作用.文章主要概述神经调节蛋白-l的结构、功能及其在脑缺血过程中的神经保护作用,其机制可能包括抑制早期炎症反应和凋亡,调节神经营养因子表达. Neuregulin-1, a member of the epidermal growth factor family, plays an important role in the neuronal survival, development, migration, myelin formation, and synaptic plasticity and function. This article mainly summarized tile structure and function of neuregulin- 1 and its neuroprotective roles in cerebral ischemia. The neuroprotective mechanisms of neuregulin-1 may include the inhibition of the early inflammatory response and apoptosis, and the regulation of the expression the neurotrophic factors.
