Cerebral ischenic postconditioning and its netroprotective mechanisms

摘要 脑缺血后处理(ischemic postconditioning,IPO)是指在脑缺血后再灌注早期的一系列快速的间断性血流中断.IPO通过激活蛋白激酶、阻断凋亡通路、抑制炎症和氧化应激等缩小脑梗死体积,减少神经元脱失.IPO可在脑缺血后应用,具有较好的临床应用前景.文章就IPO及其神经保护机制做了综述. Cerebral ischemic postconditioning (IPO) refers to a series of rapid intermittent interruptions of blood flow in the early phase of reperfusion. It protects brain tissue against ischemia-reperfusion injury. IPO decreases infarct volume and neuron loss by activating protein kinases, blocking apoptosis pathways, inhibiting inflammation and oxidative stress. IPO can be applied after cerebral ischemia, and it has better application prospects in clinical practice, This article reviews IPO and its neuroprotective mechanisms.
