Technical Matters in Golmud--Lhasa Products Pipeline

格拉输油管道存在的各种技术问题主要是管道防腐绝缘保护层损坏老化严重;全线阴极保护处于失效状态;站内管道焊缝缺陷严重;站外管道穿越公路段和穿跨越河流段成了管理上的薄弱处;高原冻害对管道安全造成严重威胁;高原季节性洪水威胁管道安全;高原的建设发展使管道的生存环境变得恶劣。针对这些问题提出了具体措施。

Many technical matters arise in Golmud--Lhasa products pipeline,including seriously aged coating of the pipeline,fail in cathodic protection system,serious weld defects inside pumping stations'pipelines, malmanagement in the places of highway and/or river crossing,heavy harm to the pipeline's safety from the severe winter and ephemeral flood,and deteriorated ecologic environment. Some countermeasures against these matters are proposed.
