城市建筑能耗监测平台构建及管理需求的实现 被引量:11

摘要 为了满足城市建筑能耗的管理和数据共享需求,分析了能耗监测平台的结构、建设标准和共享方法,提出了一种能耗采集传输方案,分析了城市建筑能耗管理和楼宇能耗管理的关系。根据不同的管理需求,从能耗指标、基准选择和分析方法几方面,说明了实现的途径和方法。 The structure,construction norm and shared scheme of the platform are expounded for managing urban building energy consumption and sharing data.A plan of energy collection and transmission is proposed,which analyzes the relation between urban buildings ’ energy management and building energy control.According to various demands,different realizing approach and method are explained from dimensions of energy index,baseline choice and data analysis.
