摘要
在简单介绍轻烃水蒸气转化制氢工艺中用钝化工艺技术卸低温变换催化剂的基础上,详细叙述了用新鲜水浸泡法卸低温变换催化剂(铜-锌系B202型催化剂)的新工艺,在茂名石油化工公司炼油厂制氢装置上的实际应用表明,该方法与钝化法相比具有工艺简单,操作方便,安全可靠,卸剂时粉尘少,时间短等特点,已收到良好的效益,是一种可行的卸低温变换催化剂的技术。
Fresh water immersion for discharging the Cu/Zn series catalyst of low temperature shift conversion in hydrogen production process was described and compared with the conventional passivation technology. The application in the hydrogen production unit at The Refinery of Maoming Petrochemical Company showed that the present method has the advantages of simple, easy, safe and reliable operation, and fast discharge with less dust release, hence benifit has been obtained.
