摘要
针对石蜡加氢精制生产中石蜡原料与产品的净化处理,分析研究了现有装置中使用陶瓷过滤管易破损等问题,提出了采用金属烧结丝网过滤器替代陶瓷过滤器的设想,并在工业装置中对丝网过滤器的性能特点、净化效果和工艺特性进行了试验考核,应用结果表明,其单台过滤器的杂质脱除率为55%~56%,过滤后的石蜡产品能满足质量标准要求。
The sintering metal wire mesh was proposed to replace the conventional ceramic filters used in wax hydrotreating for purifying the feedstock and product to overcome the easy breaking shortage of the ceramics. The technology feature, performance and purification effect of the sintering wire mesh filter were examined. The application result showed that the impurity removal rate of a single filter was 55% to 56%, and the product wax can meet the specification.
