摘要 以混合集料的嵌挤模型为指导,以粒子干涉理论为理论依据建立混合集料的嵌挤方程,推导形成良好嵌挤状态时各档料的用量比,理论得出填充级配。理论联系试验得出:填充粒径为上一级粒径的0.22倍时混合集料有良好的嵌挤状态。分别通过旋转压实和静压成型试件,比较试件的强度和刚度,推荐一组合理的室内试验压实方案。 A new step filling scheme of the blended aggregates can be obtained by building mathematical interlocked model of the aggregates.Compacted density of 100 gyrations of the superpave gyratory and CBR are used to control the best interlocked state.Interlocked equation is used by interlocked model and particle interfering theory to deduce the contents of each aggregate in the best interlocked state,and then theoretically obtain filling graduation void ration in theory can be obtained according to the volume parameter of blended aggregates and cement hydration.From theory and test,it is concluded that when the packing size is 0.22 times as large as the size of its upper grade,the best interlocked state can be reached.A set of reasonable compaction scheme is supposed to be recommend by means of gyratory compaction and static pressure molding specimens separately and comparing intensity and stiffness.
