摘要
针对焦化装置的生产工艺及腐蚀特点,采用了探针、挂片和超声波测厚相结合的监测方法,通过对不同材质所测得的腐蚀速率与实际监测数据相比较,可以证明几种监测方法能够较为准确地反映设备的实际腐蚀情况,对控制装置的腐蚀及设备选材具有一定的指导意义。
For the production process and corrosion characteristic of coker,this paper using a monitoring method combinating a probe,hanging piece,and ultrasonic thickness measure,Through comparison between the corrosion rate of different materials measured and the actual monitoring data,it can prove several monitoring methods could accurately reflect actual corrosion situation of equipment,which has guiding significance for the erosion of control devices and the selection of equipment.
