摘要
通过缓蚀剂配方的调整,针对南海某油田流体含水25%,CO2含量较高,在管线入口端加入破乳剂导致输送后期出现油水分离的情况,利用高温高压釜和油水分配测试技术评选出了适应于现场的缓蚀剂;现场试验数据显示,现场应用的缓蚀剂BHH-01E有效降低了现场腐蚀的问题。
The corrosion inhibitor is screened suitable for a certain oilfield in China South sea using HTHP autoclave and oil/water separation on the base of the optimization of corrosion inhibitor formulation.The evaluation data of coupon showed the severe corrosion problem is solved successfully after the corrosion inhibitor BHH-01E is applied for China South Sea where water cut is 25% and CO2 content is higher.
