深圳市急救网络2006年和2007年度院外急救综合考评分析

The Comprehensive Evaluation of Shenzhen＇ s EMS in Its Physical Year of 2006 and 2007

目的检验评估全市各急救网络单位院前应急救治能力。方法对伞市79个单位院外急救进行综合考评。结果单位团体总平均成绩由2006年度的（87．20±8．20）分提高到（90．28±6．98）分；车况满分率减少了16．60％；2007年度全市各急救网络单位救护车平均院内反应时问为（65．88±51．41）s，较2006年度的（78．82±69．49）s显著缩短；35．94％患者必要的症状、体征等依据记载不全面，36．56％的患者未给与足够的救治措施。结论深圳市急救网络单位2007年度整体应急救治能力较2006年度提高；救护车数量不足、部分车辆车况较差；需要对院外出诊医师进行常见急危重症诊治流程培训和考核。

Objective To inspect and evaluate respective unit＇ s capability of the citywide emergency network. Methods The evaluation on including ambulance unit, basic emergency treatment skill, usual administration, emergency measures, as well as pre-hospital file quality was conducted on each of all the 79 emergency units citywide. Results The over-all average score of the performance in 2007 was 90.28±6.98, comparing to the 87.20±8.20 in 2006; the score of vehicle＇ s condition was dropped by 16.6% in 2007 comparing to the previous year; the average score of ambulance reaction time was 65.88±51.41 seconds in 2007 comparing to the 78.82±69 seconds in 2006; 35.94% of the patients＇ symptoms was not recorded completely and 36.56% of them didn＇t receive sufficient medical attention. Conclusion Over all, Shenzhen＇ s EMS capability has enhanced in 2007 comparing to the previous year, and the following improvements were expected： （1） Adding adequate number of ambulance; （2） Upgrading some of existing ambulances; （3） Improve emergency medical professionals＇ comprehensive ability by offering the intensive care training and the periodical evaluation.
