军人病区伤病员心理健康状况调查

Mental health of soldier patients hospitalized in ward specilized therefor： analysis of 260 cases

目的了解军人病区住院患者的心理健康状况，为实施有效的部队伤病员心理健康教育和心理干预提供依据。方法对260名军人病区伤病员进行SCL-90症状自评量表测试，测试结果与文献中的1388例普通住院患者常模及19662例军人常模进行对比性分析。结果军人病区伤病员与普通住院患者常模对比，人际关系因子无显著统计学意义，其他各因子分及总分值均显著高于普通住院患者常模（均P〈0．05）；与军人常模对比，总分值、强迫性和精神病性因子均无显著统计学意义（均P〉0．05），人际关系、敌对性因子分均显著低于军人常模（均P〈0．05），其他因子分显著高于军人常模（均P〈0．05）。结论部队伤病员心理健康状况稍差于普通住院患者常模及军人常模。

Objective To investigate the mental health of the soldier patients hospitalized in ward specilized therefor. Methods A questionnaire survey with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） was conducted among 260 sick or wounded soldiers hospitalized in the ward specilized for soldiers. The results were compared with those results of 1388 ordinary patients and of 19662 healthy soldiers. Results The score of interpersonal relationship of the soldier patients in the specialized ward was not significantly different from that of the ordinary patient norm, however, the scores of the other factors and the total score of the soldier patients in the specialized ward were all significantly higher than those of the orninary patient norm （all P〈0.05）. The total score, and the scores of compulsion and psychosis of the soldier patients in the specialized ward were not significantly different from those of the soldier norm （all P〉0.05）, the scores in interpersonal relationship and hostility were both signficantly lower than that of the soldier norm （both P〈 0.05）, and the scores in the other factors were all significantly lower than those of the soldier norm （all P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The mental health level of the sick and wounded soldiers hospitalized in the specialized ward is lower than that of ordinary patients and healthy soldiers.
