血小板与恶性肿瘤及其转移的关系

Relationship between blood platelet and patients with malignant tumor

目的:探讨血小板与恶性肿瘤及其转移的关系;血小板及其活化状态测定在恶性肿瘤患者中的临床意义。方法:应用全自动血细胞计数仪及ELISA法分别测定经确诊的恶性肿瘤患者的血小板数及血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)浓度。结果:恶性肿瘤组血小板数及GMP-140含量水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);癌症转移组又显著高于未转移组(P<0.05)。但手术治疗后上述2项指标较术前显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论:血小板与恶性肿瘤关系密切,肿瘤细胞可激发并活化血小板,同时血小板可促进肿瘤细胞转移。测定血小板及其功能可作为恶性肿瘤患者的疗效及其复发监测的参考指标。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between blood platelet and patients with malignant tumor.Method：Platelet count and blood platelet alpha-granule membrane protein（GMP-140）of 320 cases with malignant tumor（including 84 cases of lung cancer,76 breast malignant tumor,80 gastric cancer,48 liver carcinoma and 32 bone cancer）and 150 health adults（control group）.were detected by automatic blood analyzer and ELISA,respectively.Result：Platelet count and GMP-140 in patients with malignant tumor were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.01）.And Platelet count and GMP-140 in patients with metastasis were much higher those in patients without metastasis（P〈0.05）.After successful operation,platelet count and GMP-140 were significantly lower than those before operation.Conclusion：The malignant tumor cell could increase and activate platelet to congregate and release.The platelet could promote tumor metastasis.So detections of platelet count and GMP-140 might be helpful to diagnosis and treatment of patients with cancer.
