复方丹参滴丸对高血压患者血脂代谢及CRP的影响

目的观察复方丹参滴丸对高血压患者血脂代谢及C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将186例高血压患者随机分成两组,治疗组94例,对照组92例,两组均给予正规降血压治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,每患者均于治疗前、治疗后1月测定血清血脂浓度及CRP浓度。结果治疗前两组各参数无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后1月与治疗前相比,TG、TC、LDL-C均下降,HDL-C上升(P<0.05),CRP水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论复方丹参滴丸可抑制炎症反应,改善血脂代谢,从而能更好保护血管内皮功能延缓血管粥样硬化进程。

Objective To observe the effects of compound Danshen dripping pills on serum lipid me- tabolism and CRP of hypertension sufferer. Methods Randomly separating 186 hypertension sufferers into two groups： 94 in therapy group and 92 in contrast group. Normal blood pressure reducing therapy shall be conduc- ted on two groups. Basing on the previous therapy, compound Danshen dripping pills are used for the therapy group. The density of serum, serum lipid and CRP shall be determined for each sufferer in two groups before the therapy and one month after the therapy. Results There is no obvious difference between the parameters of two groups before the therapy （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Contrasting the parameters one month after the therapy and the parame- ters before the therapy, TG, TC, LDL-C all reduced, HDL-C goes up （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and CRP reduces obviously （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills can restrain the inflammatory response and im- prove the metabolism of serum lipid so that the function of vascular endothelial can be protected best and the progress of vascular atherosclerosis can be retardant.
