Operative coordination of application facial artery-submental artery island flap for repairing tissue defects after oral cancer ablation

目的研究面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损的手术配合。方法回顾分析和总结应用面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复口腔癌术后组织缺损的5例手术配合经过。结果术前做好相关准备,手术护理配合谨慎细心,手术顺利完成。结论正确合理的手术护理配合方法有助于手术顺利完成,缩短手术时间,减少术后反应,有利于皮瓣成活。

Objective To investigate the operative coordination of application facial artery-submental artery island flap for repairing tissue defects after oral cancer ablation. Methods Retrospective analysis and summary the operative coordination of application facial artery-submental artery island flap for repairing tissue defects after oral eaneer ablation of 5 patients. Results Correlated preparations preoperative were well fin- ished, operative coordination was careful, and the operations were finished successfully. Conclusion The correct operative coordination was good to complete operation, also good to decurtate time of operation and diminish reaction after opeation, the flaps were survival easier.
