摘要
通过实验对减压精馏法制备无水乙醇进行了初步的研究,同时利用文献数据对ASPENPLUS11.1进行拟合修正。在此基础上提出了热泵减压精馏生产新工艺,通过模拟计算,可知该工艺生产单位体积的无水乙醇与其他现有工艺比,可以节省40%~80%的能耗。
The process of producing anhydrous ethanol from distillation decompressed is studied through experiment,and based on the regression of literature data, ASPEN PLUS 11. 1 is fitted and revised, which is used in chemical processes extensively. Then a new process added with heat pump technology is proposed. The simulative results demonstrate that the best energy-saving effect is 40% -80% compared with the other processes ,with per unit volume of anhydrous ethanol production known.
