The Status and Function of Agricultural Machinery Cooperation in New Rural Construction

农机合作社作为一种农机服务组织,是农民专业合作社的重要组成部分。近几年来,延边州农机局坚持以科学发展观为指导,积极按着州政府提出的成立农机合作社和专业化农场,加快土地合理流转,探索土地适度规模经营这一要求,创新思维,转变作风,真抓实干,敢于挑战,以农民增收致富、全面推进新农村建设为目的,积极加快发展全州农机社会化服务体系建设,农机合作社在新农村建设中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。

As an agricultural service organization, agricultural machinery cooperation is the important part of professional farmers＇ cooperatives. In recent years ,Yanbian Agricultural machinery Bureau adheres to the scientific outlook on development as guidance,and actively follows the proposal about the establishment of agricultural machinery cooperation and specialized farms. Based on accelerating the reasonable transfer of land and exploring the requirement of land appropriate scale management, it is aimed at making farmers get rich and comprehensively promoting the new rural construction,to develop the social service system construction of agricultural machinery. Agricultural cooperatives are playing an increasingly important role in the new rural construction.
