摘要
目的:建立一种石墨炉原子吸收光谱法准确快速测定血铅的实验方法。方法:用氯化钯-磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂,曲拉通-X100溶血,硝酸稀释,测定全血中铅。结果:铅浓度在5μg/L~80μg/L范围线性良好,相关系数r=0.9997;方法检出限0.38μg/L;样品加标回收率为93.5%~101.4%;相对标准偏差为6.12%~2.57%。结论:本方法线性范围宽,具有良好的精密度和准确度,方法简便实用。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of lead in the blood with Matrix modifier GF-AAS.Methods:The sample was diluted with t-Octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol directly,and use beilstein and ammonium dihydrogenphosphate as Matrix modifier,then analyzed with GF-AAS.Results:The linear ranges for lead were 5 μg/L~80 μg/L.The lowest determination limit were 0.38 μg/L,r=0.999 7,the rate of recovery were 93.5%~101.4%,and RSD were 6.12%~2.57%.Conclusion: This method can accurately determine lead in the blood.It′s simple,rapid and sensitive.
