摘要
目的:探讨食品中Pb、Cd的测定方法。方法:利用螯合树脂的选择性富集作用将样品通过吸附解吸程序浓缩提纯,再用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:用该方法测定二种金属元素得到较满意的结果,RSD均<10%,而且回收率也在90%~104%之间。Pb、Cd的检出限分别为0.3μg/L、0.02μg/L。结论:本法简单、灵敏、安全,适用于食品中Pb、Cd的测定。
Objective:To study the determining method of Pb and Cd in food.Methods:Making use of chelate resin selective concentration technic to concentrate and purify the sample by adsorption-desorption procedure,which could be detected by the graphite furnace atomic absorption method.Results:Using this method to determine two kinds of metals came to a more satisfactory result,while the relative standard deviation was controlled between 90% to 104%,and the detection limit of Pb Cd were 0.3 μg/L,0.02 μg/L.Conclusion:The method was convenient,accurate and safe,which can be used for determination of Pb Cd in food.
