Direct determination of Li,Mg,Ca,Fe,Cu and Zn in serum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)直接测定血清中Li、Mg、Ca、Fe、Cu和Zn的准确分析方法。方法:采用0.1%HNO3+0.1%Triton-100对血清稀释20倍后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,采用混合内标法技术来消除基体干扰。结果:方法的检出限为0.01 mg/L~0.3 mg/L,精密度优于2.0%,回收率为97.6%~101%,标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:可用ICP-MS直接测定血清中的6个痕量金属元素,整个方法简单、快速并且准确。 Objective:Developing a accurate method to directly determine Li,Mg,Ca,Fe,Cu and Zn in serum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:After dilution with 0.1%HNO3+ 0.1%Triton-100 by a factor of 20,the serum was directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which use mix internal standard to eliminate mass matrix interference.Results:The detections of limits were 0.01 mg/L~0.3 mg/L,the RSD were less than 2.0%,recoveries were 97.6%~101%,the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can directly determinate sixteen trace metal elements in serum.
