摘要
目的:探讨细菌感染性疾病患者的中性粒细胞VCS参数的变化及意义。方法:利用Beckman-Coulter GenS自动血液分析仪的体积(V)、电导性(C)、光散射(S)技术来测定103例细菌感染患者与107例健康体检者的中性粒细胞体积平均值(MNV)、中性粒细胞传导性平均值(MNC)、中性粒细胞散射性平均值(MNS)及各自的平均标准差。结果:感染组的MNV较健康组显著增高(P<0.01),MNS明显降低(P<0.01);不管感染组WBC与NE结果是否异常,其MNV与MNS均较对照组有明显差异(P<0.01);当MNV≥148时,其敏感性为75.7%,特异性为84.2%;当MNS≤145时,其敏感性为86.4%,特异性为66.7%,都明显高于WBC计数与NE百分数。结论:中性粒细胞VCS参数可作为细菌感染辅助指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the change and significance of neutrophil VCS parameters in patients with bacterial infection.Methods:The mean neutrophil volume(MNV),neutrophil conductive average(MNC),neutrophils scattering average(MNS) and their respective average standard deviation.were analyzed from 103 patients with bacterial infection and 107 healthy individuals using the volume(V),conductivity(C) and light scattering(S) parameters of Beckman-Coulter GenS automated hematology analyzer.Results:The MNV in the infection group was significantly higher than in the healthy group(P〈0.01),MNS is significantly lower(P〈0.01);regardless of WBC count,neutrophil percentage is higher in infection group or not,there is significant difference in MNV and MNS between the infection and healthy group(P〈0.01);When the MNV≥148,its sensitivity was 75.7%,specificity was 84.2%;when MNS≤145,the sensitivity was 86.4%,specificity was 66.7%,the sensitivity and specificity in MNV and MNS were significantly higher than them in WBC count,neutrophil percentage.Conclusion:VCS parameters in neutrophil can be used as one of the secondary indicators for bacterial infection.
