摘要
目的:开展大兴区大型公共场所集中空调系统军团菌检测,了解本地区大型公共场所军团菌污染情况。方法:采用单纯随机抽样方法筛选出使用中央空调系统的9家单位,采集冷却塔水样进行军团菌分离、鉴定和计数。结果:9家单位共采集72件冷却塔水样,检出嗜肺军团菌11株,检出率15.28%。结论:中央空调供应面积大、服务人数多且商业功能多的建筑物军团菌污染最为严重,针对这些情况,应采取缩短清洗消毒周期、加强管理人员相关知识的培训、高峰时段分流顾客、减少同一建筑的商业功能等措施,降低军团菌的感染风险。卫生监督部门应积极督促各单位对中央空调进行清洗消毒,开展消毒效果评估。同时,应开展大型建筑物内的工作人员相关防治知识的宣传和教育,减少易感人群。
Objective:Daxing District to carry out large-scale centralized air-conditioning systems in public places of testing for Legionella,To understand the regional large-scale public places Legionella contamination.Methods:Using simple random sampling method selected use of central air-conditioning systems 9 units,collecting samples to carry on Legionella separation,identification and colony counting.Results:9 units were collected from 72 cooling tower water samples,detection of Legionella pneumophila 11,the detection rate was 15.28%.Conclusion:Large area of central air-conditioning supplies,services,and mobility more than the number of large,multi-building business functions Legionella most polluted.In response to these situations,cleaned and disinfected should be taken to shorten the cycle,to enhance knowledge management training,customer diversion peak periods,reducing the same building as the business functions and so on,to reduce the risk of Legionella infection.Health supervision departments should actively urge the central air-conditioning units for disinfection and cleaning,to carry out disinfection effect evaluation.At the same time,large buildings should be carried out within the staff-related prevention and control knowledge,information and education,reduce the susceptible population.
