摘要
目的:了解东阳市各类食品卫生微生物污染状况,提高食品卫生监督管理水平,为今后卫生监督工作提供依据。方法:对2007年-2009年所送检的样品采用国家标准检测方法及卫生标准对其相关的指标(菌落总数、大肠菌群、沙门菌、志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌)进行检测与评价。结果:2007年-2009年共检测食品样品1281份,合格765份,总合格率为59.72%,2007年-2009年合格率分别为50.57%,60.81%,67.07%。不同类型食品中碳酸饮料合格率最高,为100%,现榨果蔬汁最低,合格率仅为20.83%。结论:食品卫生微生物检测合格率低,应加强食品卫生监督与管理。
Objective:To know the pollution situation of each type of food hygiene micro-organism and to improve the food hygiene surveillance and management level so as to provide basis for hygiene surveillance work in the future.Methods:Detect and evaluate the relative index(aerobic bacterial count,coliform,Salmonella,Shigella and Staphylococcus aureus) of the samples sent for detection during the period of 2007 to 2009 with the national standard detecting method and hygiene standard.Results:There are 1281 food samples detected during the period of 2007 to 2009,with 756 qualified food samples,and the qualification rate is 59.72 percent.The qualification rates during 2007,2008 and 2009 are respectively 50.57%,60.81% and 67.07%.The qualification rate of carbonated beverage in different types of food is highest,which is 100%.The qualification rate of the freshly pressing juice is lowest,which is only 20.83%.Conclusion:The qualification rate of food hygiene micro-organism detection is low and food hygiene surveillance and management should be enhanced.
