摘要
目的:通过与副溶菌标准株和病人分离株的生物学特性、耐药情况和毒力基因比较,确认副溶血弧菌产色素株的存在,了解副溶血弧菌产色素株耐药性和毒力,以提高副溶血弧菌的鉴别率。方法:从食品中分离的2株弧菌,用Vitek-32型细菌鉴定仪和API20E生化试剂鉴定分析;用PCR方法测定其tdh和trh毒力基因;用纸片法检测耐药性。结果:该2株菌生化典型符合副溶血弧菌特征,生化结果与参考标准株ATCC18072和病人分离株的副溶血弧菌一致,可定为产色素的副溶血弧菌。结论:产色素的副溶血弧菌比较少见,本次检出占副溶血性弧菌总数的7.14%,有一定的比例,提示我们在鉴定工作中应引起我们的关注,发现产色素株有助于我们进一步提高食品中副溶血弧菌的检出率。
Objective:To improve the detected rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,we identified the VP producing pigment by comparing our isolated strains with the standard strains and the strains isolated from patients in the biological characteristics,drug resistance and virulence gene and learn the drug resistance and virulence of those producing pigment.Methods:The VP was identified by Vitek-32 and API20E.The virulence gene of tdh and trh was determined by PCR.Agar diffusion method was used to test the antibiotic susceptibility.Results:The biological characteristics of our two isolated strains are consistent with the standard strain ATCC18072 and the strains isolated from patients our two isolated strains can be confirmed as VP producing pigment.Conclusion:VP generating pigment is relatively rare,which accounting for 7.14% of the total Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated this time.We should pay more attetion to it in future work and it will help us enhance the detected rate of VP.
