突发公共卫生事件检验的质量控制

Quality control of saniatry emergency inspection

目的:对突发公共卫生事件检验的质量控制进行探讨并提供参考意见。方法:根据突发公共卫生事件的特点,结合自己工作的实际,分析影响突发公共卫生事件检验质量的各种因素并提出一些个人思考与建议。结果:突发公共卫生事件具有突发性、多样性和新发性,对卫生检验工作有其特殊要求,实验室的基础条件、流调与检验技术水平、样品的现场采集、运输保存、方法选择、检验过程等方面的质量控制将直接影响着检验结果的准确性。结论:疾控机构应对应急处置人员进行经常性的培训和演练,搞好技术贮备,加强从现场流调、采样到结果报告整个过程的质量控制,对提高突发公共卫生事件处置效率具有重要意义。

Objective：Analyzing and offering advice for supervision and control of sanitary emergency inspections.Methods：Analyzing factors of sanitary emergencies and bringing up some personal suggestions and solutions in accordance with their features as well as my working environment.Results：Sanitary emergencies are of suddenness,variety and emergence,which require high-standard sanitation inspections.Laboratory facilities,epidemiology survey and inspection levels,sampling,transfer and conservation,approximate methods,and inspection process all play significant parts in test results.Conclusion：To promote efficiency in dealing with sanitary emergencies,it is essential to enhance personnel training and drilling for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and to promote technology standard as well as quality control among the whole course from site epidemiology survey and sampling to consequence report.
