The psychological factors are very important in medical trial design. If they＇re controlled improperly, the reliability and validity of the trial will be affected. So it＇s very meaningful to discriminate and control these special factors in trial design. The current paper focuses on the potential psychological factors in the association between physical activity and older adults at risk of Alzheimer disease, which is published in the ＂Journal of American Medical Association＂ on September in 2008. It is anticipated that this letter may be useful for scientific staff.
