摘要
采用资源丰富的可部分热解碳源与硅酸盐反应合成了SiC-C复合料,并分析了该料的成分、物相组成和显微结构,同时以SiC-C复合料部分或全部取代炮泥中的主要原料碳化硅和焦炭粉制备了高炉出铁口炮泥试样,研究了加入SiC-C复合料对炮泥强度、抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:合成的SiC-C复合粉主要晶相由α-SiC、石墨及二氧化硅组成;随着加入SiC-C复合料的质量分数从10%增加到35%,炮泥性能逐步改善;其加入质量分数为20%~30%时,高炉炮泥具有良好的物理及应用性能和优异的性价比。该新型炮泥在国内各类高炉得到了成功应用。
SiC-C compound was prepared using partial pyrolytic carbon source and silicate. The chemical composition,phase composition and microstructure of the material were analyzed. The taphole clay specimens of the blast furnace were prepared using SiC-C compound to partially or wholly replace SiC and coke powder. Effects of SiC-C compound addition on strength, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of taphole clay were investigated. The results show that: the main phases of SiC-C compound are α-SiC, graphite and SiO2;with SiC-C compound addition increasing from 10% to 35% (mass percent),the performance of taphole improves;when the SiC-C compound addition is between 20%-30% (mass percent) ,the blast furnace taphole has good physical and application properties ,and excellent cost performance. This new kind of taphole clay has been applied successfully in various domestic blast furnaces.
