替普瑞酮对青光眼视神经保护作用的研究进展

摘要 青光眼是当今世界范围内的主要致盲性眼病之一,其病理基础是视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)的不断丢失及其轴突数目的不断减少。目前的研究发现,热休克蛋白70(HSP70)可有效减少高眼压所致的视神经损害,保护视神经。替普瑞酮(GGA)可诱导HSP70在视网膜的表达,并通过减少细胞凋亡发挥神经保护作用,减轻神经元损害,增加神经元的存活,从而为治疗青光眼提供了新前景。 Glaucoma is a major eye disease which results in blindness.Its pathological basis is the continuous loss of retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)and decline in the number of axons.The current study finds that heat shock protein 70(HSP70)can be effective in reducing optic nerve damage induced by high intraocular pressure.Geranylgeranylacetone(GGA)can induce the expression of HSP70 in the retina,and play a neuroprotective effect by reducing apoptosis,so as to provide a new treatment prospect for glaucoma.
