柴胡疏肝散对慢性胰腺炎患者胰腺外分泌功能不全的治疗作用

Effect of ChaihuShugan(柴胡疏肝) Pulvis on Dysfunction of Pancreatic Exocrine Secretion in Patients with Chronic Pancreatitis

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散对慢性胰腺炎患者胰腺外分泌功能不全的治疗作用。方法:选取72例慢性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例。对照组口服多潘立酮片和米曲菌胰酶片,治疗组应用柴胡疏肝散1剂/d,水煎服,连续4周。结果:治疗4周后两组患者的临床症状均有所改善,治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清胆囊收缩素水平明显低于对照组。结论:柴胡疏肝散可能通过降低血清胆囊收缩素的水平,改善慢性胰腺炎患者胰腺外分泌功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Chaihushugan（柴胡疏肝） pulvis on dysfunction of pancreatic exocrine secretion in patients with chronic pancreatitis. Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic pancreatitis were divided into control and treatment groups randomLy. Patients in control group were given Domperidone 10 mg 3 times daily and Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet 340 mg 3 times daily per oral, those in treatment group were given Chaihushugan pulvis per oral. The changes of the symptoms including bellyache, abdominal fullness, nausea, flatulence and steatorrhea were recorded and evaluations of the therapeutic efficiency were done. The levels of serum cholecyctokinin（CCK） before and after treatment of patients in both groups were determined and compared. Results The symptoms in both groups were improved and the changes in patients of treatment group were more obvious especially in the moderate and severe patients. The effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control and the level of serum CCK was lower than that in control distinctly. Conclusion Chaihushugan could improve the symptoms of dysfunction of pancreatic exocrine secretion in patients with chromic pancreatitis through decreasing the level of serum CCK.
