摘要 X射线衍射全谱拟合法测定碳/碳复合材料的点阵常数利用X射线衍射仪,采用全谱拟合的方法,测定三种不同炭材料的点阵常数、石墨化度及微晶参数。 Objective To study the effect of low temperature on the experession of uncoupling protein 2 mRNA of brown adipose tissue and liver in the tree shrews.Methods The tree shrews were exposed to cold environment for 28 days.Body weight and BAT changes in tree shrews were observed.RT-PCR technique was used to measure the expression of UCP2 mRNA of brown adipose tissue and liver in the tree shrews.Results Body weight and BAT weight in the study group were obviously higher than that of the control group after 28 days (P 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups before 28 days (P0.05).Also,the expression of UCP2 gene of BAT and liver increased in the study group (P0.05).Conclusion Low temperature can upregulate UCP2 mRNA expression in tree shrews.
