非球面人工晶体植入术后视觉质量的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价年龄相关性白内障超声乳化吸出术后非球面人工晶体植入的视觉质量.方法 60例(60眼)年龄相关性白内障行超声乳化吸出术,30例30眼植入AcrysofIQ非球面人工晶状体,30例30眼植入普通人工晶体SN60NT人工晶体观察术后最佳矫正视力、对比敏感视力、眼内像差.结果术后3个月最佳矫正视力无统计学意义,对比敏感视力、高阶像差两组间差异有统计学意义.结论非球面人工晶体植入术后能够抵消老年人角膜的正球差,从而提高术后视觉质量. Objective To estimate the visual quality of patients who were implanted the aspherical intraocular lens (IOL) after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods 60 suitable patients (60 eyes) who received phacoemulsification with IOL implantation were randomly divided into two groups:30 patients (30 eyes) were implanted with acrysof IQ aspherical IOL and 30 patients (30 eyes) were implanted with SN60NT IOL.All patients were examined for best-corrected visual acuity ( BCVA),contrast-sensitivity and aberration examination.Results There was no statistical difference in BCVA between the two groups,while there was a statistical difference in contrast-sensitivity visual acuity and aberration between the two groups.Conclusion Implantation of aspherical IOL can counteract the aberrations of cornea for aged patients,and improve the visual quality after operation.
