异位于鞍上的垂体促肾上腺皮质激素腺瘤1例报告

1临床资料
患者,男性,19岁,因体重持续增加3年,出现皮肤紫纹、脸变圆9个月入院。患者自16岁开始无明显诱因出现体重增加,3年来体重共增加约35kg。
