多层螺旋CT及其图像后处理技术在泌尿系疾病诊断中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT及其后处理技术在泌尿系疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对82例经手术病理或临床随访证实的泌尿系疾病患者行CT检查,并利用后处理技术将资料进行对比分析。结果泌尿系结石患者27例,非结石患者55例。MPR、3D及CTVE重建图像能立体直观地显示病变形态及病变与周围组织之间平面和空间关系。结论多层螺旋CT具有扫描速度快、覆盖范围广、图像质量高及薄层扫描的特点,对泌尿系疾病的诊断具有极高价值。 Objective To evaluate the applied value of multislice spiral CT with imaging postprocessing technique for diagnosing urinary diseases.Methods Eighty-two patients with surgically and pathologically or clinical follow-up proved urinary diseases underwent CT scans and then imaging data acquired from varied post processing techniques were comparatively analyzed.Results Among 82 cases,urinary stones were found in 27 and non-stone lesions in 55.MPR,3-D imaging and CTVE could stereoscopically and directly show the shape of urinary lesions and their relationship with peripheral tissues.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT has many advantages such as quick scanning velocity,broad covering scope,high imaging quality and thin slice scan etc so that it plays important role in the diagnosis of urinary diseases.
