Based on the analysis of the active effects of economy development on soil and water conservation, it is recognized that these effects will efficiently contain soil and water loss caused by development and construction in the process of economy development along with establishment of market system and continuous increase of economy as well as the improvement of the management and supervision systems for soil and water conservation, speed up soil and water conservation development, and promote the cause of basic industry to go ahead toward the direction of low cost, high efficiency and sustainable way.
