香菇多糖对鸡vMDV感染后体内脂质过氧化物含量的影响

Effect on Content of LPO in Chinks Infected with vMDV after Infection with Lentinan

１日龄雏鸡ｖＭＤＶ感染后再注射香菇多糖的ＭＤ发病率和死亡率都显著低于ｖＭＤＶ感染组；在注射后７，４２和５６日龄雏鸡脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊、心脏、肝脏、肾脏和性腺组织中脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量低于或显著低于ｖＭＤＶ感染组（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明香菇多糖在注射初期和后期香菇多糖对ＬＰＯ产生有抑制作用。

The study was conducted with vMDV artificial-infected one-day-old AA broilers.The Marek's disease(MD) morbidity and mortality in chiks infected wity vMDV after in jection with Lentinan decreased significantly the group chicks after in fection with vMDV.The content of LPO of central、peripheral immune of gans and main visceral organs of chicks at 7、14、28、42 and 56 days after in fection with vMDV injectedwith Lentinan was decreased significantly(P<0.05,P,0.01)at almost timecompared to the group vMDV-in fected.tis point out that entinaninhibited the production of LPO at early and late period after in jection.(005)
