摘要 为解决传统热洗工艺循环路径长、热能利用率低且在低能低产井中热洗液易漏失污染油层或压死井问题,采用机械洗井阀和温控封隔器两种新型井下工具改进了传统热洗管柱结构,并对三种热洗管柱的热洗效果进行了对比。结果表明两种新型热洗工艺技术克服了传统热洗工艺的不足,可满足不同井筒条件。该工艺技术不仅具有明显的经济效益,降低劳动强度,减少油层污染,也具有明显的社会效益。 In order to solve the problem such as the long-circuit of traditional hot washover, the heat energy's lowutilization and formation polluction and well-killing by the leaking hot fluid of low energy and preduction well,some new methods was found. This paper introduces the way to use mechanical Washover valve and temperature regtilar equipment,which are two kinds of new tools for underhole operation. and can improve the construction of traditional hot washover strings, and contrast the three kind hot Washaver pipe's hot washovr's effect. The two different shore-circuit hot washover technology can overcorne the insuffcency of traditional hot Washover. The two new technology can apply to different well hole conditionts, It has clear enconomic effect, since reduce labour intensity and pollution of oil entry, it also bring evident social benefits.
