Research and Application of High Strength Resinous Plugging Agent YH96-5

为提高堵剂的强度，降低成本，以改性树脂为主剂，加入与封堵层孔喉半径配伍的粒度合适的固体填充材料及其他添加剂，成功研制了ＹＨ９６－５高强度树脂封堵剂。该堵剂强度高、成本低，适合现场大剂理封堵应用。文中对该堵剂的合成机理，主要性能和适用条件进行了阐述。该堵剂目前已在中原油田１８口井推广应用，工艺成功率１００％，有效率８５％以上，取得了明显的增油降水效果。

In order to raise the strength of plugging agent and reduce the cost, depending on the modified resin as main agent, adding in the solid filling materials having suitable particle size and compatible with the radius of blocking layer hole throat and other additives,The high strength resin plugging agent YH6-5 has successfully developed. The agent is suitable for big dosage field use. The composition mechanism, principal performance and application condition are explained in this paper. The agent has already been popularized 18 wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield and has a very high successful rate up to 100%, efficiency rate over 85% and has obtalned obvious results of increasing oil preduction and reducing water.
