摘要
水利信息化发展“十二五”规划是全国水利发展“十二五”规划的重要的专项规划之一，是指导全国水利信息化今后5年发展的阶段性、纲领性文件。结合水利信息化和信息技术发展，以及水利发展改革的需要，提出了做好水利信息化发展“十二五”规划的总体原则、技术路线、战略重点、规划间衔接等关键问题。
The twelfth five-year plan for water resources informatization development, one of important special plans of the twelfth five-year plan for national water resources development, is a guideline document for national water resources informatization development for the next five years. According to the needs of the development of water resources informatization, information technology and water resources reformation, this paper raises the key points of general principles, technical lines, strategic emphasis and connections among plans in working out the twelfth five-year plan for water resources informatization development
